Company management is obligated to protect employee health as follows
- by continuous increase in employee health care with an emphasis on prevention and reinforcement of employee awareness;
- by notification of changes that relate to occupational health and safety from the relevant authorities;
- by determining sources of occupational hazards and their subsequent elimination for existing and new technologies;
- by regular monitoring of employee health status and the work environment;
- by conducting regular training of employees in the areas of ensuring Occupational Health and Safety a well as Fire Prevention;
- by creating the preconditions for motivating employees to participate in fulfilling the Policies and established aims;
- the company requires from all employees an active involvement in the principles of quality management, the environment and the safety assurance system;
- promotion and fulfilment of policies together with employees and regular investigations into their feasibility and adequacy.
